Nadia’s love affair with hairdressing first began when she took it upon herself to restyle her Barbie doll’s hair – even in her childhood she was edging it up by cutting layered bobs!
After training at a top Scandinavian hair academy Nadia quickly built up a loyal client base where she specialised in highlights, extensions, bridal hair and creating elaborate up do’s for editorial shoots. This popularity continued when three years ago she headed to London and continued her training with L’Oreal and Sassoon and developed her career working as a stylist at Headmasters. She continued to build upon her portfolio with more striking editorial shoots for magazines and photographers as well as tending to the tresses of a few secret celebrities.
Today Nadia is very proud to be launching Jönning and Riashi where she is inspiring the business to evolve into the first Swedish inspired hair studio (Nadia recommends trying the Swedish coffee and sweets on offer) that’s set to grace the streets of London.

Steven has always known he wanted to make the most of his creative talent by carving out a career in the hair and make-up industry. With a desire to learn from the best, he set his sights high by training with Michael Wolff, a top Australian stylist who passed on his tricks of the trade and helped develop Steven’s passion for being inspired by hairdressing from across the globe.
After deciding to move to London and becoming a Shu Uemura trained make-up artist, Steven soon made his mark in the hair world by working as a session stylist where he got to style the hair of the world’s best models as well as excelling as a creative director for hair group, Clipso. Whilst there he was a finalist for several of the L’Oreal Colour Trophy Awards and helped to educate other stylists within his role as L’Oreal International Guest and ID Artist.
In recent years Steven has showcased his talents to a world-wide audience by working on editorial magazine shoots and with top designers such as Vivienne Westwood and Christopher Crawford on their international ad campaigns. After years of working towards having his own studio, 2013 has seen this dream become a reality with the highly anticipated launch of his new venture, Jönning and Riashi.

Having completed his training at one of London’s most talked about salons just over 6 years ago, Adam originally started out studying business but quickly changed his mind and found his true calling within the hair industry
Adam has worked and trained with hairdressers from all over the world in the last 6 years, absorbing as much information from them as possible which has led to him being able to cut and colour a wide range of hair textures with great confidence. From Japanese precision cutting to Italian-style freehand techniques, this individual approach ensures you walk away with a style that is not only unique but detailed to exactly suit your needs.
Adam has a natural taste for colour and a deep understanding of the science behind it - allowing him to create soft and wearable colours as well as the fashion-led more daring looks using a variety of colouring techniques including the increasingly popular technique of balayage, in which Adam was trained in Italy at the beginning of his career.
As well as a regular back-stage at fashion week each season, Adam’s work has graced the pages of publications such as Wonderland, Mixmag, NME and Idol - he is a hair stylist who looks set to shake thing up by bringing his own unique approach to British hairdressing.
